Pricing questions
Do I need a subscription?
No. You pay once for the videos you want. Nothing renews and nothing is charged later.
Do my videos expire?
No. Videos you buy stay in your balance until you use them.
Will prices change?
They may, for example when we move to a better video model. A new price applies only to new purchases. Videos you've already bought stay yours.
What counts as a failed render?
A render that stops with an error, that our video provider's safety check blocks, or that isn't done within 15 minutes. The video goes back to your balance on its own. A video that finishes counts as used, so follow the photo tips for the best result.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of buying, if you haven't used any videos from that purchase.
How can I pay?
With PayPal or a debit or credit card. Google Pay and Apple Pay show up where your browser supports them.
