Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account: you sign in with Google, and we receive your email address and Google account id. We do not store a password.

Credits: a record of each purchase and each credit you spend, with timestamps.

Photos and videos: when you make a video, your photo is stored only until the render finishes, then deleted. The finished video is stored so you can watch and download it; email support@my-ai-rap-video.com to have it deleted.

Unfinished choices: if you pick a photo and a clip and then go to sign in or checkout, your browser keeps them on your device for up to 24 hours so you can pick up where you left off. They are not sent to us, and they are cleared once your render starts.

Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and short-lived server logs (such as request times and error codes) used to run and secure the service.

Visit statistics: we use PVUV.ai to count visits. It records the pages you view, the site that sent you, your rough location, and your browser and device type. It sets first-party cookies and may store a random visitor id in your browser to tell new visits from repeat ones. It keeps your IP address only as a shortened, one-way hash.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare hosts the site and its database, and sends our emails.

PayPal processes payments. PayPal receives the card or account details you enter at checkout; we never see them. We receive the order and payment ids, the amount, and the pack you bought.

Google, only if you choose Continue with Google.

PVUV.ai receives the visit statistics described above.

fal.ai, our AI video provider, receives your photo and the clip you picked, only to make your video.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries, so your data may be handled outside the country you live in.

How long we keep it

Account data stays until you delete your account. Purchase records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it. Server logs are kept for a short time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete your data by writing to support@my-ai-rap-video.com. We answer within 30 days. We give these choices to everyone, wherever you live, including under the GDPR in the EU and UK and under California law.

Changes and contact
