Refund Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Videos are sold in one-time packs, paid through PayPal. There are no subscriptions.
Unused credits
You can get a full refund for a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if you have not spent any credits from it.
Spent credits
Credits spent on a finished video are not refundable. If a render fails, its credits return to your account automatically.
How to ask
Write to support@my-ai-rap-video.com from the email on your account, with the date of the purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal. How long that takes depends on PayPal and your bank.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
