Terms of Service

The service

My AI Rap Video turns a character photo you upload into a short rap-style video based on a clip you pick. A signed-in account with credits gets a rendered video.

We may change, pause, or stop features. We will not take credits you already paid for without offering a refund under the Refund Policy.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use the service. You sign in with your Google account; keep it secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Credits and payment

Credits are prepaid units you spend on video attempts. The number of credits per attempt is shown before you confirm. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Credits do not expire. We may change prices for new purchases; credits you already bought are not affected.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We are the seller. Prices include any sales tax or VAT, and PayPal's own terms apply to the payment.

Your content

You keep the rights to the photos you upload and to the videos made from them. You give us permission to process them only to make, store, and deliver your video.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You confirm you have the right to use every photo you upload, including the consent of any person shown in it.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@my-ai-rap-video.com.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Credits in an account closed for abuse are not refunded.

No warranty and limits

The service is provided as is. AI output can be wrong, odd, or unlike your photo. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law and contact

Nothing in these terms takes away the consumer rights you have where you live.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Questions: support@my-ai-rap-video.com.
